Yes, I LOVE custom orders!! A lot of places will charge extra for custom orders… but not here at Classy N Sassy Creations! Please email or call me TODAY so I can get started on your “perfect” piece, whether it is jewelry, home décor, or anything else! I can do a combination of your favorite attributes of some of the items I’ve already created…or I can make something completely new and fabulous just for YOU!
How long will it take for me to get my item/s? TOP
I try my best to get all “in stock” items shipped out within 3-5 business days. If for any reason the item/s in your order are unavailable or on back order, I will let you know immediately!!! This could occur if, for example, the particular piece you ordered was just sold at a show and I had not had a chance to update my website. You will not be billed until the item/s is in stock. Please see my “Policies/Returns” section for more information.
If your shipment is time sensitive, please contact me via email BEFORE you purchase your order. I will do my very best to meet your time requirements!!!
Do you accept returns? TOP
Returns are NOT accepted. Merchandise can be exchanged within stated time frame. Store credit can be given in certain situations. All sale items and custom items are ALL SALES FINAL. No exchanges will be given on these items.
---To begin an exchange process, please contact me via email. For further instructions, please see the “Policies/Returns” section located at the bottom of the page. Remember, there is a time frame give for valid exchanges. The exchange process is noted in detail in the “Policies/Returns” section.
---Note… all exchanges must have an Exchange Authorization Number (EA #). Also, all exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items will be shipped via US Postal Services. If you prefer another method of shipping, please contact me PRIOR to placing your order for a price quote. Thank you!
How much is shipping? TOP
I have decided to do a flat rate for shipping. Shipping will cost everyone $9 no matter where in the US the package is shipped to. This price quote is for the standard US Postal Services I use for Classy N Sassy Creations. If you prefer another method, please contact me for a new price quote! Thanks!
Can I pick my order up to avoid shipping costs? TOP
Yes you can! If you are located in or around the Plano, TX area and want to pick your order up to avoid shipping costs, you can! Use the promotional code PICKUP at checkout and shipping will not be added.
Please understand it is the customer's responsibility to come and pick up the items. If this is what you want to do, please email me to arrange a pick up date and time. I cannot guarantee pick up dates but promise to do my best. Thank you for understanding my busy schedule!

What forms of payment does Classy N Sassy Creations currently accept? TOP
Currently, Classy N Sassy Creations accepts online and phone Visa and MC payments. If you have chosen to pick up your order, CNS will accept Exact Cash on the pickup date.
---For online Visa and MC payments, please fill out the SECURE order form. No items will be shipped until payments are cleared/confirmed. Note… please read my Privacy Policy in the “Policies/Returns” section located on the bottom of the page. I respect your privacy very much!
---For an Over-The-Phone VISA or MC payment, please choose "Over the Phone Payment/Pickup Cash." I will ask you a few questions and then complete the process. An online confirmation will be completed with an online signature for record keeping.

How do you handle sales tax? TOP
An 8.25% sales tax will be applied to any order being delivered to in Texas. Packages delivered outside of Texas will not be issued any sales tax.
